Return Policy

We at Samoroski want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Note:

  • Return requests must be approved before sending back the item.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the EU

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard policy, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
